The clean, minimalistic design of the Superior Hollywood Twin Room was a highlight, offering plenty of storage for luggage. Friendly staff ensured an really good experience, and the proximity to Taketora was perfect for late-night ramen cravings. The area surrounding the hotel feels sleazy at night, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. The beverage machine and gym on the 13th floor were nice touches but didn't compensate for the intensity of nightlife outside.

Welcoming and very polite employees!
Exceptionally comfortable place for one night. Large room and exceptionally comfortable bed. Automated check-in, easy check-out. Easy, handy location just off other neighbourhoods, the reception / restaurant and public transport. A huge variety of food in the hotel, rooftop restaurant.

Surprising Upgrade!
Checked in after a rough start at another place. The lobby was super nice and the staff treated us like royalty! Got a cool twin room with awesome views and modern vibe. The only thing that was a bit off was that dining options were limited, and breakfast was kinda basic. Still enjoyed my stay!

The hotel is very clean and cozy. The area is quite seedy, with aggressive touts around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room sizes are small for the price. The location is close to Roppongi station. Breakfast quality could be better.
